Our core topics

Municipal Solid Waste Management
SUH focuses on providing better urban services in the field of municipal solid waste management, which are financially sustainable in selected cities.

Cities and Climate Change
SUH mainstreams climate change issues into urban planning and development thus supporting urban reforms such as Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) as well as the National Mission on Sustainable Habitats.

Improved Environmental Services in Under-served Areas
SUH contributes to the Indian Government’s endeavour to provide improved services to under-served areas with its support to the Rajiv Awas Yojna (RAY).
